Our correspondent Elena Klimets has covered the recent meeting of the Supervisory Board of the RCF. She reports that at the meeting the RCF members have criticized FIDE, the international chess federation. The main reason of such critic is the fact that FIDE permanently changes the dates of the tournaments, which affects the calendar of Russian tournaments as well. Moreover, according to the Russian Federation law any foreign competition planned to be held on Russian territory should be approved by the local accredited federation, i.e. RCF - this law is permanently violated by FIDE.

"It's not ruled out that we will be forced to go to the court," - Arkady Dvorkovich, the Head of the Supervisory Board, stated in a peremptory tone. "Let's fine them" - someone from the delegates has added, Dvorkovich agreed: "The contribution we pay FIDE is quite large, so we could also get something back."

You can see this moment in Eugene Potemkin's video (the very beginning of the video):

"We were looking forward to discussing these issues together with them," - said Dvorkovich having in mind the invitation sent to Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, the President of FIDE, who didn't accept it. Ilya Levitov also added that FIDE is permanently ignoring the written requests send by the Russian Chess Federation.
