The 4th round of the "Sigeman & Co" International tournament, which is held in Swedish Malmö, was marked with two decisive games.

GM Li Chao beat Jonny Hector, who blundered on 36th move in a worse but not hopeless endgame. White king dashed under the attack of all remained Black pieces for no apparent reason; the outcome of this decision was logical.

Peter Leko made a positional sacrifice of his pawn on move 22 and slowed down for a methodical win over Hans Tikkanen, who hasn't scored yet.

Other games finished peacefully. Anish Giri's and Nils Grandelius's short discussion in Grunfeld defence left questions, which would be interesting for the narrow specialists.

The leader Fabiano Caruana in the encounter against Emanuel Berg got one of the well known variations of the King's Indian defence - White queen for the Black rook, bishop and pawn.

The position after 19...Bxd4 has already taken place in practice. Caruana playing White failed to win the game, nevertheless, he maintained lead with 3 points out of 4. Grandelius, Leko and Chao Li are half a point behind.
