Vassily Ivanchuk and Kateryna Lahno Received Recognition From Their Colleagues: They Have Been Awarded the Chess Hetman Prize

Vassily Ivanchuk and Kateryna Lahno won the "Chess Hetman" prize of 2011. The nominees of the prize, which is awarded by "Chess Ukraine", are determined by the votes of the Ukrainian Grandmasters. Each expert votes for five best men and women players. For the first place the nominee gets 10 points, for the second - 7, for the third - 5, 4th - 3 and for the 5th place only one point.
