Round 4 of the A-Group at Tata Steel Chess was held at Rijksmuseum located in Amsterdam. The pariticipants arrived at the museum at about 12.15 local time; then they were asked to pose for a photo in front of the museum - on the square "I amsterdam" - and with the Rembrandt's painting "The Night Watch." All this took more than an hour, thus the players were left with only thirty free minutes before the start of the round.

As the witness I can assume that the organiser's decision to make two free days before the rounds away is absolutely correct. Don't let the smiles on the faces of the players fool you: this walk only seems entertaining, in reality it is completely remodeled mode for each player. And in this unusual mode one has to play.
