FIDE Plans to Hold the World Championship Match in Chennai

The agreement has been signed with the All India Chess Federation

The document which testifies that FIDE is planning to hold the World Championship Match between Vishy Anand and Magnus Carlsen in Chennai, India has been signed in Chennai today. Earlier there wasn't any official notice on the following decision.

The FIDE Vice President Israel Gelfer signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Bharat Singh, the Honorary Secretary of All India Chess Federation and V. Hariharan, the Tamil Nadu State Chess Association, which is described as the organizer of the event. Here we offer you the document:    

It's still hard to assert that the match will obviously take place in Chennai. Let us remind you Magnus Carlsen has already announced he doesn't want to play in India.
