As Chess-News has found out the trial initiated by the Bulgarian Chess Federation (BCF) which sued FIDE has finished in Lausanne. Namely, BCF demanded abrogation of the contract signed between FIDE and company AGON. According to the contract, the Candidates tournament was scheduled to take place in March 2013 in London. The suit implied the demand for cancellation of the tournament.

The trial finished in FIDE's favor. Bulgarian Chess Federation's other demands have also been rejected. Among those is a request for cancellation of paragraphs 13.5 and 13.6 of FIDE Regulations approved at the Congress held in Istanbul. According to these paragraphs: Any member federation or affiliated organisation suing FIDE: shall disclose the source of their funding in any proceedings; and shall be obliged to provide as security for costs a bank guarantee drawn on a bank suitable to FIDE’s bankers, in an acceptable form and in a reasonable amount to be determined by the CAS or relevant court as the case may be but, in any event, limited to a maximum of €200,000.

Thus, now it's clear that the Candidates tournament will be held in March 2013 in London. The company AGON organizes the event, while the Azerbaijani Chess Federation is sponsoring it.
