LCC: Adams Didn't Let Kramnik to Fight for the First

Today Vladimir Kramnik needed only a win in order to fight for the overall first place at the London Chess Classic; especially when Carlsen didn't get advantage against Anand. Adams was White and played a secure chess leading to the dead-drawn position: "Playing for a win in that position would actually be playing for a loss" - the former World Champion said after the game.

Thus, Calrsen is already the winner of LCC, while Kramnik raised his rating in the forthcoming official FIDE rating list to 2810 mark.
